Job Description
Spero Health is seeking a Remote / Telehealth Counselor to support multiple clinics in Kentucky. This position offers an opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives through integrated care, with a focus on both counseling and treatment. The role involves conducting assessments, providing counseling, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Licensed Counselor/Social Worker (CSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPCA, LMFT, LCADC)
- Minimum of 1 year of full-time employment/internship or Master's Degree in human services
- CSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPCA, LMFT, LCADC license
