The Corporate Counsel will play a key role in Sphera's continuing growth and success by serving as a valued partner to company leaders and establishing and maintaining strong and profitable client relationships.
Requirements
- JD or other equivalent law degree
- Licensed to practice law in applicable jurisdiction of residence
- Experience working with global teams at a multinational business
- Demonstrated ability to understand and clearly communicate complex legal issues
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Excellent writing, negotiation, and drafting skills
- Good knowledge of data privacy, security, and IP issues relevant to SaaS/software providers
- Knowledge of one or more other substantive areas: employment law, corporate governance/subsidiary management, compliance, M&A or others
