Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in facilities management, studio operations, or related fields
- Proven track record in managing complex facilities/production environments
- Strong operational and financial acumen
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strategic thinker and hands-on execution skills
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Occasional travel to other Sphere sites
