Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a creative or motion design studio
- Strong grasp of design fundamentals (composition, typography, color)
- Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere
- Experience developing storyboards and animatics
- Solid understanding of storytelling and pacing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Highly organized with time management skills
- Knowledge of visual trends and emerging creative technologies
