Job Description
We are looking for a Property Valuer to join our team in Howards Great Yarmouth. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, generating new and repeat business, and marketing properties to buyers. The ideal candidate will have experience as an Estate Agent, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work under their own initiative.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience as an Estate Agent
- Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
- Supporting your manager by helping to lead the team
- A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
- Strong attention to detail
