IT Support Specialist

Spines is a book publishing platform that's rebuilding publishing for a new era. We're looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support to teams in Israel and abroad, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with employee onboarding, and ensuring smooth system operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Helpdesk (military service an advantage)
• Service-oriented, patient, and able to work independently, providing technical support to users across all of the above areas
• Strong customer-service orientation with exceptional user support skills
