Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. The role involves working on business requirements, system solution design, and building client relationships. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in a software development environment and a solid understanding of the SDLC. We are open to remote work applications, but there may be occasional meetings at our Head Office.

Requirements

• Retail Industry Experience
• Ecommerce Experience
• 7+ years working as a Business Analyst in a software development environment
• Solid knowledge and experience of the SDLC
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous exposure to Agile Methodologies such as Scrum
• Basic data querying experience using SQL
• Experience with integration protocols and API’s
• The availability to travel to clients for meetings if/when required
• Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent N3
• Own transport
