Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Development Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our software development initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software delivery/project management, ideally in a retail or enterprise software environment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex development projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban), and DevOps practices.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
- Experience managing multi-platform development projects (e.g., POS, ERP, cloud solutions), Preferred
- Familiarity with retail technology systems and integrations, Preferred
