Job Description
Spinnaker Support is seeking an experienced VMware L3 Support Engineer to join our global team. The role is fully remote, but the candidate must be based in Ireland or the UK. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer focus and communication skills, as well as a strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience across VMware core technologies at a senior support level
- Experience in handling critical customer situations
- Knowledge of NSX-T Architecture, Logical Switching & Routing, Distributed Firewall, Edge Services, VMware vSphere, Rest API, Certificates, Linux/UNIX, Networking, Packet Capture/Wireshark
- Proficiency in Certifications such as Linux: LPIC-1, LPIC-2, Networking: CCNA, CCNP, VMware: VCP, VCP-NV, VCAP-NV
