Spiral Scout is a full-service software development company seeking a GTM Automation Engineer to work on building and optimizing GTM workflows, scraping signals, and turning unstructured data into scalable outbound systems.
Requirements
- Strong experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Airflow, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with data scraping and enrichment (Apollo, PhantomBuster, RapidAPI)
- Experience with outreach platforms (Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead) and CRM systems (HubSpot)
- Knowledge of using LLMs for personalization and automation
- Data-driven mindset: you do not just launch workflows – you measure, analyze, and optimize
