We are a dynamic and growing alternative health insurance company seeking an experienced Financial Analyst with a strong background in technical accounting, financial management, and financial analysis to join our finance team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of financial analysis experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
- Proven experience in performing moderately complex analyses and creating Excel models
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and complex formulas
- Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in public or corporate accounting is preferred
- Experience with self-funded Third-Party Administrator (TPA) finance functions and familiarity with TPA processes is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
