Financial Analyst (Healthcare) | Work from Home

We are a dynamic and growing alternative health insurance company seeking an experienced Financial Analyst with a strong background in technical accounting, financial management, and financial analysis to join our finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of financial analysis experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
• Proven experience in performing moderately complex analyses and creating Excel models
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and complex formulas
• Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in public or corporate accounting is preferred
• Experience with self-funded Third-Party Administrator (TPA) finance functions and familiarity with TPA processes is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
