Job Description
This Regional Coach position develops Area Coaches and Store Managers in the NV, CA, and AZ markets. The role focuses on improving operations, driving sales growth, and promoting brand awareness within the Sport Clips system. Coaches will collaborate with the Regional Director, Area Managers, and other departments to achieve company goals.
Requirements
- Develop Coaches in technical and operations skills.
- Drive Sales Growth and identify opportunities.
- Partner with Regional Director and develop plans.
- Participate in Coach Call and mentor Coaches.
- Work with various teams to enhance internal knowledge.
