Job Description
The Regional Coach role is a leadership position focused on developing Area and Store Managers in Florida, Georgia, and the surrounding area. This role involves creating a competitive environment for success, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellence across all aspects of the business. The position requires a strong coach with good communication and interpersonal skills, along with a passion for the Sport Clips brand and values.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an Area Coach
- Excellent Operations skills
- Leadership experience
- Strong communication skills
- 3 wks/month in field, minimum 2+ nights, and 3+ days to travel
