Job Description
The Regional Coach position aims to empower and develop Area Coaches and Store Managers across the Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, South Carolina, and surrounding areas. This role focuses on driving store sales growth, team improvement, and promoting brand awareness through mentorship and coaching. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, communication, and a commitment to the Sport Clips values.
Requirements
- Successful as an Area Coach for at least 2 plus years.
- Excellent skills in Operations (Performance-based job scorecards required).
- Maintain open communication with various departments.
- Travel requirements including weekends and multi-day trips.
- Ability to mentor and develop Coaches.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
