SR. SPECIALIST, EXPERIENTIAL

SPORTFIVE is seeking a proactive and detail-driven professional to join its Experiential and Production team. The Specialist will play an integral role in producing best-in-class brand activations, hospitality programs, and live events across a range of clients and industries.

Requirements

• Plan, produce and execute experiential activations, hospitality programs, and live events from concept to completion.
• Manage select workstreams independently while supporting senior team members on larger, complex programs.
• Develop timelines, production schedules, budgets, and vendor trackers to ensure projects stay on time and within scope.
• Build and maintain relationships with venues, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Create professional client deliverables including decks, budgets, run-of-shows, and post-event recaps.
• Contribute to RFP responses, creative brainstorms, and proposal development.
• Own invoicing, purchase orders, and job reconciliations.
• Maintain inventory and oversee shipping logistics for event materials.
• Provide clear communication to internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring alignment on next steps and deliverables.
• Participate in on-site event support, including nights and weekends as required.
