Front Desk Attendant

SPORTIME has been operating the finest tennis and sports facilities in New York State since 1994. As a Front Desk Attendant, you will oversee the front desk, assist members and prospects, and ensure a 5-star member experience.

Requirements

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated knowledge of SPORTIME programs, services, policies and procedures
• Excellent guest service skills
• Solid computer skills (Microsoft applications)
• Ability to listen to and understand information
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing so that others will understand
