We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store management team in our new opening in Vigo, España. The role involves managing a team of 15-20 people, ensuring compliance with sales and store KPIs, providing customer service, and managing inventory.
Requirements
- Recruitment, training and supervision of the sales team
- Assignment of schedules and functions to ensure a smooth operation
- Performance evaluations, feedback and continuous training
- Monitoring of daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Analyzing the store's performance and taking strategic decisions to improve revenue
- Implementing local promotions and marketing strategies
- Providing the best shopping experience within the Fútbol Emotion ecosystem
- Controlling and supervising product inventory
- Ensuring that the store is adequately stocked and making orders as necessary
