Assistant Store Manager (Nuevas aperturas)

We are looking for two Assistant Store Managers to support the management team of our Fútbol Emotion and Basketball Emotion stores in Vitoria, which are scheduled to open in late February. The successful candidates will be responsible for team management, sales and performance monitoring, customer service, and inventory management.

Requirements

• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of 7-15 people
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Analyze store performance to make strategic decisions
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through personalized sales and attention to detail
• Control and supervise product inventory
• Implement measures to prevent losses and reduce waste
