The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) will be responsible for driving Sportsdigita’s growth by maximizing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from strategic accounts. This role focuses on improving customer relationships, reducing churn, and generating new expansion opportunities, collaborating with the Customer Success Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and unlock new business value. The SAM will build strong relationships, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve the customer experience.
