B2B Event Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

SPREAD builds AI-powered software that helps leading manufacturers master the complexity of software-defined products. As an Event Marketing Manager, you will deliver pipeline outcomes by running the execution engine behind our field marketing program. You will own end-to-end event execution, including project plans, timelines, budgets and forecasts, vendor sourcing and negotiation, logistics, on-site leadership, and post-event wrap-up.

Requirements

• 3+ years in B2B event management or field marketing with heavy event ownership
• Proven ownership of full event cycles across formats, including trade fairs plus smaller executive formats
• Strong project management
• Commercial mindset with budget ownership, vendor negotiation, and comfort making trade-offs
• Pipeline thinking
• Tooling confidence with spreadsheets, event platforms, and CRM or marketing automation
