Job Description
Spreetail is seeking a Principal Python Developer to lead a team and improve operational costs by enhancing customer retention and automation within their Customer Experience offerings. The role involves building and scaling the engineering team, implementing NLP solutions, and contributing to product, strategy, and tech direction. A strong backend/systems background is highly valued.
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience with at least 2 years in an engineering leadership capacity
- Strong backend/systems background and full-stack experience (Python, React, Django frameworks)
- Applied NLP experience preferred
- Experience with CRM (Zendesk, Salesforce) or B2C/eCommerce helpful
- Comfortable with fast ramp-up, ambiguity, and full ownership of outcomes
