Vice President & General Counsel

Spreetail is seeking a Hands-On, General Counsel to lead commercial contracting, legal strategy, and litigation. This is a VP-level, sleeves-up role with significant in-office time, primarily focusing on document management and collaboration. Requirements

• JD and active bar admission in U.S. state (or eligible for in-house registration)
• 10–15+ years of legal experience
• Extensive experience in ecommerce, retail, supply chain, marketplaces, or logistics
• Deep commercial contracting expertise
• Experience with Incoterms, tariffs/COO, product safety/labeling, marketing claims, and IP/brand protection
