Maintenance Director - Senior Living

We are looking for a Maintenance Director to join our team and mission to serve our senior residents! The Maintenance Director has the responsibility to ensure the community is safe, well-maintained and esthetically pleasing while in charge of completing all projects and implementation of community maintenance policies and procedures in an efficient, cost-effective manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 5 years of progressive maintenance work experience, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc., preferably in senior care environment
• PTAC repair experience. HVAC Certification preferred
• Knowledge and/or experience managing and staying within budgetary guidelines
• Thorough knowledge of handling hazardous materials (MSDS) and Life Safety planning
• Desire and ability to lead, train, develop and motivate team members
• Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record
