Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management
- Proven ability to build and scale healthcare or care-delivery technology products
- Strong understanding of clinical and operational workflows in behavioral health or adjacent care settings
- Experience balancing clinical integrity, operational feasibility, and business growth
- Data-driven mindset and comfort making decisions in complex, ambiguous environments
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a bias for collaboration and outcomes
- Familiarity with longitudinal care models, Specialty Care, EHR systems, or care coordination platforms is a plus
