Senior Director, Growth Marketing

Our mission is to eliminate every barrier to mental health. We're seeking a Senior Director of Growth Marketing to lead and scale our Growth Marketing function. This role will oversee the Member Engagement Strategy team and our channel strategies, driving member growth and revenue goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience
• 5+ years of leading multi-disciplinary growth or engagement teams
• Proven experience establishing and scaling performance marketing best practices
• Ability to manage large marketing budgets and drive channel strategy
• Comfort with funnel analytics, growth KPIs, and marketing technology platforms
• Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, channel optimization, and experimentation frameworks
• Enterprise engagement experience and ability to partner with large, complex customers
