The Senior Director of Enterprise Sales will lead and manage a team of Account Executives to drive revenue growth within the 10,000-30,000 EE employer space.
Requirements
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company's overall objectives and revenue goals
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing mentorship and guidance to help them meet their individual and team goals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the sales team has the necessary resources and support to effectively hit their targets
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and use this information to inform future sales strategies
- Maintain relationships with key clients and partners, and actively seek out new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain a strong sales culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and a focus on achieving results
- Partner in developing and managing the sales budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet sales targets and support business growth
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for new sales techniques or technologies to help the company stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance (forecasting, pipeline health, etc) and present these to senior management, providing insight into key metrics such as revenue, customer acquisition, and market share
