Job Description
The Article 28 Primary Care Clinic is seeking a qualified Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary and preventive care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
Requirements
- Current New York State Family Nurse Practitioner license and certification
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities
