Job Description
The Flex Clinical Staff member is responsible for patient care under the guidelines of the Scope of Practice (SOP) and manages daily operations within the clinic. This role requires preparation of patient records, assisting physicians with examinations and treatments, and providing patient advocacy. The position emphasizes professionalism and adherence to clinic policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Obtain medical information, chief complaints, vital signs, and diagnostic test results.
- Administer prescribed treatments and follow infection control policies.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients/families.
