Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse - TeleNurse is responsible for providing TeleNurse support services within the LPN scope of practice, focusing on wellness, education, and advocacy. They participate in medication refill requests, patient assessments, and reporting of healthcare needs. This is a remote position.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current Illinois LPN license
- Minimum three (3) years clinical experience in an acute ambulatory or acute care setting
- LPN License in the State of IL required
