Job Description
The Ophthalmic Technician Support position provides a range of duties to support optometrists in delivering excellent patient care. This role includes preparing patients, administering eye medications, cleaning equipment, performing examinations, and assisting with minor procedures. The role also requires supporting front desk duties.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic Life Support Certification
- Proficiency in computers
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Experience with electronic health records (preferred)
- One year of ophthalmic technician experience (preferred)
