Job Description
We're looking for a Tax Supervisor to join our team, with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA license, and at least 5 years of public accounting experience in tax. Experience in automotive dealerships, real estate, construction, or manufacturing is a plus.
Requirements
- Perform in-charge role on tax client engagements
- Prepare complex returns with little supervision
- Review small to medium sized tax returns for closely held businesses and their owners
- Assist with identifying and researching tax issues
- Designate work to tax associates and tax seniors, supervise and evaluate team progress and provide feedback and solutions
- Stay current with technical tax law changes
- Service consulting engagements with large private and public companies on an as needed project basis
- Complete software and training programs as required
