Job Description
Sprinto is seeking a Program Manager to own the 'Launch' customer lifecycle program, improving onboarding throughput and accelerating time-to-value. This role involves designing processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams (CX, Sales, Product, Marketing), and tracking KPIs to drive performance and maintain customer engagement. The position requires a strategic thinker who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of total experience in a business role
- 3+ years in program management or strategy & operations
- Experience in a SaaS, consulting, or operations-heavy business (preferred)
- Understanding of Customer Success and Account Management (desirable)
- Strong familiarity with customer lifecycle metrics and funnel-based thinking
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, dashboards, and BI tools (desirable)
- Some proficiency with workflow automation tools (desirable)
