We are looking for a Technical Product Enablement Strategist to help power the success of our technical customer-facing teams. The ideal candidate will have deep technical curiosity and the ability to grasp and communicate complex product capabilities.
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years in a SaaS environment within technical enablement, solutions engineering, customer success, product ops or similar environment
- Proven experience creating and delivering enablement content and programs for technical teams
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or implementation workflows in a SaaS environment
