Engineering Manager

Sprout Social is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and scale their Engineering team. This role focuses on building and maintaining high-quality software systems, leading teams, and contributing to the company's success in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The manager will drive strategic roadmap planning, technical improvements, and team performance, providing valuable guidance and mentorship. They will also play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and with a focus on quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in building, scaling, and maintaining enterprise level software systems in a production environment
• 4+ years of experience managing and leading high performing engineering teams
• 4+ years of experience delivering engineering projects and initiatives
• Experience with data systems operating at scale (Elasticsearch, MySQL, HBase, etc.)
• Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or C++
