Sprout Social is seeking a Manager to lead the integration and automation of AI-powered tools. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a blend of business and technical skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, RPA development, or systems integration.
- 3+ years of experience in leadership or people management (preferably in automation or IT engineering teams).
- Hands-on experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, SnapLogic, etc.).
- Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns.
- Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts and how they can be applied in internal tools.
