Sales Development Team Leader

The Sales Development Team Leader is responsible for generating new sales leads for the Sprout sales teams, overseeing the Sales Development Representative, and managing a team of Sales Development individuals.

Requirements

• Proven prospecting/outbound calling track record with SME and large enterprise companies
• Minimum 3 years experience with outbound sales prospecting
• At least 3-5 years of experience in managing a sales development team
