Document Warehouse Clerk

As a Document Warehouse Clerk, you will work in a document production warehouse environment, unpacking boxes of files/documents, staging for on-site or off-site storage, locating, and retrieving documents. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, able to meet deadlines and production goals, and have a background in filing work, warehouse/fulfillment, or related.

Requirements

• Process high volumes of financial documents for storage or retrieval
• Unload banker boxes of documents, prep for scan or on-site filing
• Read hand-written file numbers/letters
• Problem Solving skills to identify where a file/document needs to go
• Basic Computer skills required: data entry and research work as needed
• Maintain complete confidentiality and adhere to security restrictions set forth by SPS/Client
• Comply with SPS/Client device policy
• Comply with a corporate casual dress code
• Other duties and tasks as assigned
