The Field Support Specialist/Mailroom Specialist provides exceptional office and mail services in a 'floating' capacity for positions where regular employees normally work but are out of office, or if particular projects require additional coverage.
Requirements
- 5-star customer service to all employees
- Answer all calls and provide an exceptional customer service experience for all incoming/outgoing visitors
- Assist with light facilities duties
- Receive inbound mail/packages and sort incoming mail and inputs into chain of custody software package
- Manage outgoing mail/package transactions
- Perform duties associated with shipping and receiving of materials
- Notify employees upon receipt of inbound deliveries
- Distribute mail/packages to company personnel
- Assist with office moves
- Assist with copy/print orders and/or monitoring the copy/print equipment for satisfactory functionality
- May be asked to help set up/take down conference rooms for meetings/events
- Proactively seek out additional work during downtime
- Build professional relationships with customers and other teams
- Maintain professionalism and composure when interacting with all employees
- Train back-up and providing guidance on policies and procedures
- Determine what additional support is needed when handling sensitive inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service to client
- Provide reception or concierge (front of office) coverage as needed
