Job Description
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to learn, support, and lead technical solutioning for customer requirements, build deep product knowledge, strengthen technical problem-solving skills, and collaborate closely with internal and external teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development concepts (APIs, data structures, workflows).
- Ability to read/understand technical documentation; optional bonus if the candidate can write simple scripts or queries.
- Familiarity with SaaS systems and web technologies.
- Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
- Ability to break down business problems into structured requirements.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Success).
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow into a more senior role.
