Senior Systems Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our CommTech team. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for leading technical development, working closely with other engineering disciplines, and delivering bespoke engineering solutions. You'll have the opportunity to work across our three capability areas: Datalinks, Spectrum Monitor Systems, and Battlespace.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an equivalent role
• Strong understanding of systems engineering methods, toolsets, and processes
• Proven background in engineering design, systems engineering, or project/product implementation
• Experience in delivering at a company the size of CommTech (ECS & TCI)
• Experience of working across the full engineering development lifecycle
• Demonstrated ability to successfully achieve assigned tasks in complex systems engineering
• Skills in analysis, critical thinking, and technical problem solving
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to do as well as manage others
• Ability to work in a team and interact with other Engineering disciplines
• Ability to produce results under pressure and with limited resources
• A can-do attitude with a willingness to help others
