Senior Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Expert to join our team to contribute to the deployment, personalization, and optimization of the Dynamics 365 solution within our company. As an expert, you will work on strategic projects to improve our business processes and integrate best practices into the use of this platform.

Requirements

• Degree: Bachelor's degree + 5 in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience on Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, with in-depth expertise in personalization, integration, and optimization of this platform.
• Technical skills: Expertise in implementing, customizing, and administering Dynamics 365.
• Mastery of development tools and languages associated with (C#, JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Finance & Operations, etc.).
• Experience in integration with other systems (ERP, CRM, external databases, etc.).
• Knowledge of good practices in security and authorization management in Dynamics 365.
• Mastery of Agile project methodologies and associated project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.).
• Personal qualities: Analytical mind, rigor, and ability to solve complex problems.
• Autonomy, leadership, and ability to work in a team in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Proactivity and ability to anticipate business needs.
