Job Description
Squarespace is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Marketing Analytics & Operations team. This role focuses on CRM Measurement & Reporting, encompassing analysis, measurement, reporting, and strategy to drive customer growth and retention. The position is hybrid, working from the New York City headquarters.
Requirements
- 5+ years in an analytics or data science role supporting CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing
- Experience influencing CRM strategy, planning and performance through data analysis, decision frameworks, and test-and-learn programs
- Experience building dashboards and working with large datasets using SQL; knowledge of dbt
- Experience applying predictive analytics (e.g., propensity modeling, clustering, lookalike audiences)
- Experience using statistical tools like Python or R
- Knowledge of CRM processes, tactics (e.g., email, push, SMS, in-product)
- Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce
