Job Description
Squarespace is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Communications Platform team within the Building Blocks Engineering group. This role focuses on building tools and services promoting effective communication between product teams and customers, utilizing Java, Spring, Kafka, MongoDB, Postgres, Docker, Kubernetes, and GCP. The position offers opportunities for growth and collaboration within a highly visible team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing production systems using Java and Spring
- 1+ year of experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Postgres and CockroachDB
- 1+ years of experience with asynchronous eventing systems and platforms such as Kafka
- Front-end development experience with React or Typescript is a plus
