Job Description
We are seeking a passionate leader to join our team as a Plant Manager at SRM Concrete. The Plant Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our concrete plants.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in dispatch operations, preferably in the concrete or construction industry
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards applicable to the transportation and delivery of concrete
