Parts Department Representative

S.S. Equipment is seeking a full-time Parts Department Representative for its Othello, WA location. The role involves providing customer service both in person and over the phone, and handling parts ordering and invoicing. This position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to work over the summer.

Requirements

• General Agricultural Equipment Knowledge
• Prior sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Computer skills: Familiarity with navigating websites, Microsoft Outlook, ability to learn point-of-sale software
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening
