Requirements
- Handle correspondence, filing (digital/physical)
- Manage office supplies
- Invoice Handling- Prepare and organize vendor documents
- Translate and upload invoices to the company system
- Maintain employee records and leave tracking
- Support HR in relevant processes (training, seminars)
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Knowledge of basic accounting/expense settlement procedures
