Job Description
Global Digital & Technology (D&T) is seeking a Global Information Security Officer (CSO) to manage and implement the Cyber Security Strategy, reducing risks and raising awareness. The CSO will collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to ensure a strong 1st Line of Defense, based on NIST cybersecurity frameworks and the HEINEKEN Business Strategy. This role is key in preventing and mitigating cyber threats within the company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of working in the cyber security field
- Experience working as a cyber-security officer or manager
- Experience handling security incidents
- Experience with NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, and relevant privacy laws
- Experience with risk assessment and threat mitigation
- Proficiency in a range of technical platforms
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
