DevOps Team Lead

The DevOps Team Lead owns products and services from conception to continuous operation. This role is focused on operational aspects of services, acting as a developer with hands-on experience in complex technical environments, preferably native cloud services. The position involves automation, infrastructure as code, scaling architectures, and sharing responsibility with the Product Owner. The role focuses on creating reusable and scalable components and delivering on team and product-level architecture.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, Containerization, and environments
• Expertise in native-cloud microservices containerization (K8 clusters, OpenShift, Cisco, VMWare Tanzu K8 Grid)
• Experience with Linux and security best practices
• Experience with Docker and K8
• Experience with scripting Bash, PowerShell, or Java, Python, Node, or Go
• Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
• Experience with configuration management systems like Puppet, Ansible, or Salt Agile/Digital Experience
• Experience in Agile Development, and solution architect experience preferred
• Experience with understanding the Product Owner, Scrum Master, Design Lead
• Experience managing technical priorities
