General Manager - Luxury Limousine Company

This General Manager will lead all operational, commercial, and people-management functions for a luxury ground-transportation company. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, optimizing fleet utilization, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and maximizing revenue growth. Key responsibilities include managing vehicles, personnel, and finances, as well as developing and implementing sales strategies.

Requirements

• 7+ years senior management experience in luxury ground transportation
• 3+ years in a GM/Head of Operations role preferred
• Proven P&L responsibility and experience driving revenue growth
• Strong knowledge of fleet management, driver operations, and transportation regulations
• Excellent client-facing skills
• Leadership and people-management skills
• Analytical and KPI-driven with strong financial acumen
• Proficient with dispatch/booking systems, GPS/telematics, and standard business software
• Valid driver’s license (commercial license preferred)
