Operations Manager

This role involves planning and implementing Operations strategies, managing and executing projects, overseeing operations budgets and costs, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and safety, and leading a manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with a strong understanding of both technical and business considerations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with 4+ years of managerial experience
• Previous Oil and Gas upstream processes experience
• Previous technical Oil and Gas industry knowledge
• Previous Business Development experience preferred
• Previous Customer Relationship Management experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent
• Safety, Health and Environment knowledge
